Pre-ordering
How does pre-ordering work?
Choose your designs, sizes and quantities. Enter your contact details and full delivery address. The site opens WhatsApp with the whole message written for you; press Send there. We reply to confirm the details before any payment.
What exactly goes into the WhatsApp message?
A reference number, your name, phone and optional email, your delivery address, and each piece with its code, name, colour, size, quantity and line price, plus the estimated subtotal and any notes. You can read the full message on the form before you send it, and copy it if you prefer.
Is my order confirmed when I complete the form?
No. The form prepares a WhatsApp enquiry. An order is confirmed only after we reply and agree the final details with you.
Can I order several designs at once?
Yes. Add as many pieces, sizes and quantities as you like. They all go in one message with an estimated subtotal.
Can I change my selection after sending?
Yes. Message us in the same WhatsApp chat. Nothing is final until we have agreed it together.
Why is the WhatsApp number in the UAE?
Pre-orders currently go to +971 55 696 1826, one of the co-founders. WhatsApp works across borders, so customers in India message it like any other number.

The pieces and the images
Are these photographs of real clothes?
No. Every model image and every front and back view is an AI-generated concept made from our SS27 design sheets. They show the design direction. Final samples may differ, and we will tell you how before you pay.
Can I see the front and back of every design?
Yes. Each card in the collection turns to its back when you hover or focus it, and every product page shows the front, the back, and the piece at work and in motion. Move over any image to zoom in.
What is the fabric?
The design sheets name a fabric direction for several pieces, such as scuba knit for the Snap Polo. Final composition, weight and care are confirmed through sampling, and we confirm them with you before taking payment.
Are the clothes tested for sport?
Not yet. Work to move is the design intent and the campaign shows it, but we have not published fabric performance tests. Ask about your sport and we will tell you honestly what the sampled garment can do.
What are the prices?
Polos ₹1,999. Trousers ₹2,999. The Zip Jacket ₹3,799. The Quarter Zip is a proposed ₹2,499 until its price is confirmed. Shipping is extra and quoted separately.

Sizing
Which sizes are there?
S, M, L, XL and XXL for all seven pieces.
How do I choose a size?
Garment measurements are not published yet. Pick your usual size, and add your height and how you like the fit in the notes. We confirm the size with you on WhatsApp before you pay, and send measurements as soon as samples are measured.
What if I am between sizes?
Say so in the notes. For the polos and layers most people size to their shoulders; for the trousers, to their waist. We will help you decide.

Delivery, payment and returns
When will my order arrive?
Dispatch dates and delivery charges are not fixed yet. We quote both for your address before you pay.
Is payment taken on the website?
No. There is no payment step on this site and it never asks for card or bank details. Payment is only discussed on WhatsApp after the order details are agreed.
What about returns and exchanges?
Terms are confirmed before an order is accepted. Ask us about a specific piece in your enquiry.

Privacy and security
What happens to the details I type?
They stay in your browser. The form builds the WhatsApp message on your device; nothing is sent to a Charcoal server, and nothing is stored after you leave. Your details reach us only when you press Send inside WhatsApp.
What does the site remember?
Only your pre-order list (piece, size and quantity) is kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh. No name, phone or address is saved. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?
No. The site loads no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts, and its security headers block content from other sites.
